Travellers flying via Alaska Airlines, keep an eye on the time while you're waiting at the baggage carousel -- Alaska Airlines guarantees that if your luggage doesn't arrive within 20 minutes, they'll give you $20 off a future flight.
If your luggage has not arrived within 20 minutes of when your plane has parked at the gate, you can collect a $20 Discount Code voucher from an Alaska Airlines customer service agent. The fine print stipulates that the guarantee may not be valid if there is an airport baggage system malfunction, severe weather, or "other conditions" out of the airlines' control.
