November 28-29: Shoppers Drug Mart Optimum Points Bonus Redemption

There have been a whole lot of Optimum Point promotions at Shoppers Drug Mart lately -- and this weekend, you'll have the chance to cash in those points for more!

In most provinces, you'll be able to redeem 30,000 points for $75 off, 40,000 points for $100 off, or 75,000 for $200 off. If you live in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island or Nova Scotia you'll get $60 off when you redeem 30,000 points, $85 off when you redeem 40,000 points, and $170 off when you redeem 75,000 points.

Many Shoppers Drug Mart locations carry Nintendo DS and Wii consoles as well as digital cameras, Blu-Ray players and other electronics. This Bonus Redemption weekend is a great chance to snag a pricey product for less!

  You can only redeem points for products. There's a list of number of points for each ranking level on their website. There's a list of restrictions for redemption

  You redeem 75K and get up to $200 worth of stuff. If you spend less than $200, you don't get any change/gift card back

  I coulda/shoulda/woulda done the following yesterday:
  - Buy the $100 Amex gift card and get 5000 bonus points
  - Use the GC to get a Wii Fit+ bundle and get a ton of points during the 20x promo
  - Use those bonus points to get another Wii Fit+ during the bonus redemption next week
  - Sell the 2nd Wii Fit for as close to cost as I can get
  - Enjoy my purchase at half price or less
