  There's is NO indication on the coupon that says you have to be interesting in buying a phone to claim the freebie. The manager was just BS'ing you.

  Not sure which "Fairview" you are talking about ... I picked up one at Fairview Mall in Pointe Claire and even though they tried to make things difficult, including looking up the coupon on the Black's web site, pointing out that the cloth is not really mentioned on the coupon and attempting to charge taxes I finally got the free kit after all.
  
  It's definitely a nice-to-have, although the original price is definitely a bit too much.

- I was able to pick up my free cleaning kit at a Black's In St. Catherines
  
  They initially having problems with the coupon code but after 5 minutes of waiting they were able to get it to work!

- Successfully redeemed coupon here in Winnipeg the other day. Guy working had never seen the coupon before but gave me the product without saying anything. Didn't even punch anything in the computer.
