- haha you guys missed it last sunday.. $6.80 day... man it took people almost 1 1/2 hours to get on a ride! (well based on the people that told me, took them that long to get on the log ride.

  No...it means you have to a one coupon per person so if its a family of 4 then have 4 coupons printed.

  Bad Idea.. I was there last weekend (6.80$). It was total waste of time and money. I will never ever do the same mistake again.

- Went on a Monday during the CHFI promo last week of June and it was dead, no lineups at all except it closed at 5pm (good thing we went early). Can't imagine making the little ones waiting for everything on a busy hot Sunday.
  
  BTW parking is $12, you can bring food/drink into the park.
  Grounds open until 8pm in July.

- Totally agree w/ sansub, it was quite a waste of time. I got there at noon. Waited 45 mins to buy tickets. Then lined up 45 mins for the first ride, the kids cars that go round n round. Then wife stood in line for the kids ferris wheel, 1hr+, meanwhile I stood in line for Pizza Pizza stand, total chaos w/ no clear signs of where to line up (first I found the shortest line, found out it was for pickup paid orders only..wasted 10 mins), then stood in a longer line, and 15 mins later got to the front to order my pizza, only to find out it was the wrong side (only for chicken wings etc, and my kid didn't want it). Was royally pissed off after that. Walked over to the side where the paddle boats, kids climbing area was, total choas, people/kids everywhere, almost couldn't push my stroller through the bodies.
  
  Didn't go to the splash park though, but might be worthwhile for that.
  
  The only cool thing for my 4 yr old son was the Indy at the time, had fireworks and fightjets flybys, etc.
  
  So unless you show up really really early, or love standing in lineups, then it's worth your while. Otherwise, don't bother. I hear the parking is brutal too (min $15). Luckily I parked at a friend's condo for free.

- went in june, was pretty busy, 9.81. problem was because child care children day, they made the lines way longer. but my kids had fun, we went to the water park and went up the water slides 12+ times.

  My experience was pretty close to yours. We left a bit late @12pm from our home, reached near Ontario place around 1pm. Due to indy race, most of the parking is full and on top of that traffic were diverted. It took about an hour to find a parking place which was about 2KM away from the OP. By the time when we reached OP it was 2:30pm. Took 30 minutes to get the ticket. When we entered, kids wanted to have something to eat before we start. Went to Pizza Pizza. wasted about 45 minutes there in the line. took another half an hour for all the kids to have the pizza (3 families with 7 kids). By ~4:30pm, we started moving towards the rides (finally!!!). Huge line up everywhere. Split into 2 group. I was standing in line for the car thingy. Took about an hour to get in. My 2 year old son didn't want to get down when it was done and I had to forcefully take him out and no way in hell to stand in line again. Had to deal with his cry for another 15 minutes. Went to the water splash area around 5:30pm. Thankfully, it was less crowded at that time. Took only about 15 minutes to get in. That is the only place where kids had real fun. All in all, some kids got into 2 rides + water splash and some into 1 ride + water splash and the time spent? from 12pm (start) - 9pm.
  
  Next time, I am planning to take them in a week day at regular price(only 17$ if you use free coupon for kids). In this way we will enjoy every single ride, multiple time!!!! with no line up...
  
  Anyone know how the crowd would be on a weekend without any special price?

- Alright, seriously, don't go. Don't.
  On 680 day pedal boat rides were a 3 hour wait at one time. yeah.
  
  Go on a regular day, it's much better. There won't be too many people usually and you can go on everything with little wait times. Staff will actually care about you because they don't have to deal with the massive amounts of people that just *****.

  I went for the CHFI day and it wasnt busy at all ...
  
  but the bad thing is the park closed at 5pm so that sucked..
  my 3yr old got to sit on 1 ride..
  
  but even if you spend the 9.80 watch a movie and go to the water park then i's totally worth it...
  
  I think last time was a weekday as well..and school was still on so that's why it might not have been as busy...
  
  Sunday, hot, promotion, schools out = might be long waits
  
  go early to rides and take in the water park at noon, and watch a movie later in the day ....thats my plan
