  Pretty good deal since it looks like it applies to 4 packs. I'm sure they'll go on sale at some point and Blizzards are fairly expensive.

- I don't think it's a lottery. I was in TSCC the other day and saw every one of their battery packs had a coupon pasted in front of the batteries. I would say it's a pretty hot deal if you need the batteries since the packs are only around $7 and blizzards are around $4.50.
