WTB: Any kind of TV Tuner
I'm looking for any cheap tv tuner and everything that came with it including remote, software, etc... should be around 20-50$.

I've never dealt with the guy (so I can't recommend or not recommend him), but there's a guy selling a MSI tv tuner card on the forums here for $45. Might wanna give him a shout.
