will there be a Cell deal soon?

I've been on telus for last 5yrs.
it was good but I want to try other companies for a change.

I know there's a great deal on cell phones during The Christmas time.
but it's pretty far away.

so I want to ask RFDers if there'll be any CELL deal anytime soon.
if not I'll just keep my telus plan until X-mas.

I'm interested in fido 25 incoming plan and Roger's family plan.

when will it be a good time for a change?

You can try and force the issue. Keep in mind that Telus is Roger's competition. What I would do is call up Rogers, tell them upfront that you've been with Telus for 5 years but you have heard good things about Rogers, etc. See what kind of a deal they can hook you up with. If it does not work with the first customer service wait a few hours and try another. It's always worth a shot.

And for the last tip, mention that Telus is offering you a 25 incoming plan and see if Rogers can match it. (that would be my final and last call to customer service )
