Default Why Do People Like Dirty Movie Theatres?

I don't get why I paying $12 to see some theatre patron asking ushers not to clean the theatres. I expect the theatre to be clean. Going to the movies seems to be pain in the butt nowadays. This happened at the Scotiabank. I was with a friend when a woman asked one of the ushers not to clean the theatre because she wants to find a good seat.

If you like to sit around with trash and rats running around while watching your movie then go ahead.

Yeah right. Anyways, I don't need inconsiderate movie patrons bothering me anymore. I know some people will disagree. I just don't want to sit around empty cups, bags and half eaten food. Probably some of you people would like it.

The lady was likely complaining about how slow theatre staff are to clean auditoriums between shows. I often see them chatting in the lobby while a huge line is waiting to get in, or inside the theatre fooling around and thrrowing stuff. It's the manger's fault. The best cleanest theatres I've been to, the manager is leading the minimum wage drones from theatre to theatre, and wielding a mop himself. In the dirty theatres, the managers are hiding out in the office while the staff mopes instead of mops. It's bad for business too. If you get everyone seated early, they have more time to purchase profitable concession snacks. 90% of movie theatres are misrun nowadays.

No, not this time. This one guy started cleaning after the last show was just over. The woman was impatiently wanting to get in and wanted the usher out so she can be first. Not too many people were waiting at that time. This woman have never been inside a movie theatre before.

I take it you've never watched a movie at the Eaton Center when they used to have a movie theater there?
