Default Whiplash7828 <--- PAIN in the ass to deal with

Story --

he agrees to purchase an item and paypals you money on Feb 18th.

from that day forward he sends you upwards of 15 Pm's (even though you've sent him a tracking number)

3 business days after sending the money, he sends emails threatening to sue you- and he makes a post about you because his item has not arrived yet -/

i recommend you do not do business with this person if you want a smooth hassle free transaction.

I am happy you linked my post as it will certainly clarify the situation. What you state in this post is definitely not a true picture of the dealings we've had and you know that. As much as I may have over-reacted, you certainly did a poor job of communicating with me.

For the record I sent 8 PMs since I paid for the item. One of the first ones was to point out the tracking # was wrong. I was wondering if you made a typo or something.....you still to this day elected not to respond to it...unfortunate. I never threatened to sue you...I threatened to retract my paypal money if I didn't get a working tracking # and instigate legal action if necessary (what would you expect when you send money, get a false tracking # and hear nothing from the guy for 4 days?).

In any case, t'was a pleasure dealing with you.

here's the thing. if he's PMing you how much harm does it do to maybe...oh iunnno....PM him back?

he obviously has some type of validity to a point if he's sending 10-15 PMs into your box.

as he mentioned, the tracking# was incorrect. newsflash; u can make mistakes too. none of us (as i know) are from mars here, we're all human and make mistakes regularly. its not a big deal to admit a mistake, and simply clarify one number man. one day after (or whenever he send the tracking# PM) im SURE u were on the forums and saw it. would it have killed you to check JUST to make sure? 2 scenarios:

1) u wouldve been wrong, given him the right tracking number, he wudda checked the revised one, it wudda been right, ur both happy

2) u wouldve been right, and the shipping company screwed up. from there its their fault and you would contact that accordingly and so on and so forth.

win-win.

indirectly its kind of your fault that this happened since u didnt take a few minutes out of your life to check a PM from someone who's obviously sent you money for something, meaning he's a CUSTOMER, and then it backfired.

if what whiplash is saying is true, this thread applies. if that isnt the case, this is simply a point made on his comment either way so it based only on if whiplash is telling the truth. i dont know either of these members, so im not on anyone's side, and am not being biased. based on info PUBLICLY presented to me, i came up with this conclusion.

hope everything's good.

JUST NOW I put in the tracking number for the shipment and it is FINALLY working (after at 3 days of trying 2-3 times per day). This seems to have been nothing more than a result of poor process from Canada Post (what a surprise). I see that you indeed shipped it on Feb 21 and for that I retract my complaint about not shipping.
What bothers me most is that you NEVER had took the time to look into this # possibly being wrong. NEVER replied to me regarding my concerns (which were founded due to CanadaPost's system error). For this I found my experience with you very trying. In any case, I see you did legitimately ship the product and for my complaints I apologize.

Later.

It can...but it doesn't necessarily. I intended on forwarding any info I had to the police if necessary. I wouldn't sue someone for 45$.

This is normal, you do realize the tracking number from every courrier isn't active from the minute the clerk takes it from you at the store? Even same-day tracking numbers don't show up till the next day sometimes

Next time, buy your stuff in a store if you want instant customer service.

Yes I do realize that thank you.

Do I expect good customer service when purchasing something from someone online? Yes I do. Just as good as I provide when I am the seller. I make sure I am available to address questions/concerns the buyer may have. Regardless of this whole tracking # registered or not issue....all of this could have been avoided with a bit of common courtesy.

wtf do you want? - it's been 4 days since you paid me!

you pay me on Sunday - i give you a tracking number 2 business days later. Infact the same tracking number I have given you shows delivery for yesterday.

if you need the someone to hold your hand through out the sales process stick to walmart.

Sanjay, if that was too much to ask of you then it may simply be a buyer/seller mis-match. I for one do not feel responding to my early messages was too much to ask for. Clearly it was.
