Corsair 2X512 MB DDR400 3200 @ 2.2.2.5 timings or Generic 2X1 GB DDR400 3200 or Corsair 4X512 MB DDR400 3200 @ 3.3.3.5 - (this may run each at 333Mhz) |

Quantity matters more than speed right now. 2x512 simply isn't enough. A 1 GB set of 2-2-2-5 was kickass back in the day though.
