Which phone should I get in replacement for my a900? Bell extended warranty is offered through another company. Trying to determine the "equivalent' model. I was told they would offer me the Samsung m500 or the m510. I don't really like the look of them (based on pics only, haven't seen one in person). I am going to try to get the u740. They are giving me the run around though and saying that the "purchase price" that limits the warranty is the "cost" of the original phone vs. what I actually paid for the original phone.
I talked to the service center/warranty provider directly and they agreed to send back the request to Bell to find more of an equivalent model to my a900. Any suggestions from cell phone experts out there? I am having trouble logging into my Howardforum account .... |

if your shipping your handset directly to samsung for a handset problem within the 1-year manufacturers warranty period, then Samsung will At No cost to you, Fix or Replace your handset based on their decision. The replacement unit may contain new and refurbished parts.
If your getting a different phone, then it is not the same as warranty, its product replacement plan. This does NOT go through samsung's repair centre, they use a third party instead. |
