Default Vizio 37" $699 free sh - Open Box

I came accross this:
http://www.sigelectronics.com/Electronics/Vizio-37-Widescreen-LCD-HDTV-with-Built-In-Tuner-Open-Box

I've had good reviews about Vizio TVs, but I don't know if this model is worth it.

$742.00 taxes in shipped!! This is just about my budget, with a perfect size for my needs. Is it worth the risk guys?? Or should I wait for a better deal.

I don't know much about this model, but Vizio is now number one in sales of flat panel TV's in the U.S. Last month they passed I think Samsung and Sharp with about a 13 % share of flat panel TV sales if I remember correctly. They are also an American company.
