Grand prize consists of the following:

o One (1) of one (1) Transat Holidays all-inclusive vacation prize package which includes:

o Roundtrip airfare for two (2) departing from the Canadian International Airport serviced by Transat Holidays (nearest the winners’ place of residence) to Rome, Italy

o 7 nights accommodation stay for two in Fiuggi

o One (1) full-day tour of ancient Rome. The tour includes the following:

o A visit to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Piazza Venezia, the Piazza del Campidoglio, and the Trevi Fountain

o An excursion to the Ciociaria region and the medieval villages and other fascinating sites surrounding Fiuggi

o A visit to a local winery for a wine tasting

o A guided walking tour of the town of Fiuggi itself

o One (1) admission to a local spa in Fiuggi

o Meals, transfers, and excursions

o Approximate value of grand prize package is $6000

o Transporatation to and from the nearest International Airport serviced by Transat Holidays is the sole responsibility of the winner.

o Transfers/stopovers may be required.

o Travel must be completed by April 30, 2010

o Blackout dates may apply.

o All expenses not expressly stated in the package description, including but not limited to, ground transportation, connectors and overnight accommodation if prizewinner is located outside the airport area, passport and visa fees, security and airport fees, taxes, insurance, gasoline or otherwise are the responsibility solely of winner.

o Travel companion must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.

o The winner and the travelling companion must be at least 18 years of age at the time of travel.

o Departure date and time to be determined upon availability.

o Prize details are subject to availability.

o Reservations are subject to availability and cannot be requested less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date.

Securing sufficient travel documentation is the sole responsibility of the winner.
