Default Toronto to Kitchner - Best & Cheapest method

I need to get from Toronto to Kitchner, besides the greyhound, any other low cost alternatives available to me? I'd be going on Sat (19th).

I'd suggest uw.forsale

Actually, the train is cheaper by a few bucks. I didn't even know train was an option, there are no trains over here.

I think there's a bus that goes from UW to TO every weekend. I remember reading that somewhere.

UW has FedBus (< $10 each way), but you'd have to sit on a school bus with LOTS of people and their laundries, etc...

Laurier I'm not sure though.
