This is a pretty vague question. Some of the things to consider are how much time, money, expertise and energy you have.
Ebay is a possibility. Franchises like Apple Auto Glass could cost you around $75,000 whereas a Jiffy Lube will cost you about $200,000. Creating your own concept is rewarding but the risks may be greater. However, the facts are: - population is aging - larger type sizes req'd, things than easily be handled by those with arthritis etc req'd, financial services, real estate services, legal services - population is more "home-centric" - home renovations etc. - population is more diverse - ethnic/gender/sexual orientation/language/culture-specific products/services... Focus on what you love and it will not be considered "work". |
