What is the quality like on RITEK CD-Rs?

Personally I do like them. They are my favorite media to get next to Taiyo Yuden.

I guess it depends partly on what burner you have.

You saw the Ridata [made by Ritek] ones for $30 for 100 at Canada Computers didn't you? I'm using those Ridata rated at 40x and they're good for 52x on my LiteON 52/32/52.

I'm afraid I'm not sure about the longevity of them, but the Ritek ones I burned in 1998 are still good.

Ritek are good, Pine is decent. Both ok for ps2 backup from my personal experience.

no idea about CD-Rs
but they make great DVD-Rs

just ordered from blankmedia.ca 100x cdr's ($22) and 50x dvdr's ($33) both ridata shipped to the door for $72 and change pretty good i think

i was waiting for NCIX to have them on sale with the case again. but the cheap case wasn't worth the extra $20 that it would have cost with shipping and everything

I now use ritek dvdr.
