There is no cheap internet in MTL (other than acanac)?

I asked this question before and checked out some of the links that people gave but none of them are cheap/reliable. My contract with Acanac is going to end soon and there is no promo @ Acanac for those going into the 2nd year except the 1st month free, which is not really a deal considering how expensive their regular price.

Only thing that looks a bit cheaper is good old Bell, can't believe this.

and you can compare/contrast their deals with Acanac.
Have you tried the Customer Referral Program?
Each new customer who remains past 30 initial days referred by
a customer in good standing equals one free month added to the
renewal date. By the 10th referral, you get free internet for life!
