Wasn't the movies pack from HBC a better deal for about $30 then.

HBC I think works out a little bit more expensive because HBC charges tax. But you do some other coupons to offset the difference.

I'm not sure about the other big Canadian cities, but in Toronto $8 is about the price of a child's admission. An evening general admission is about $12 and more depending on where you go.
