Does anyone know why the BBA program at UTSC has a tuition fee of $10,000/year? Whereas Ryerson, York (inc Schulic), Waterloo, etc... does not come near to what UTSC is charging?

You're paying 10k for the first year? Hm..
UW is charging us $10600 next year for AFM (same reason, deregulated professional program) but is not charging us that amount this year. So, if it makes you feel any better, we're bending over too

You should check again. I didnt pay that much and I was first year last year. For 2nd year, it is about 5400$/semester for me plus I got co-op fees.....
(assuming you are going into 1st year...) |

Sure it's worth it, one year out of the program you'll earn back all the $ spent (or most of it). And co-op terms along the way subsidize a lot as well, you make on average $8000 in a 4 month term (which you have 3 of).

Yes. That is if you are in co-op. Not everyone is in co-op.
And if you are in pre-program and have taken courses after your first year and then got in, you have to pay the difference between Arts and Science degree course and a Management course, which alone, can run about 800ish. And if you take three courses that semester before gaining acceptance into management, then you are really screwed. You need to pay the difference between those three courses(which should run about 1500) and the deregulated flat fee, which is about 4600 now. That actually happened to two of my friends. They took two full semesters and had to pay the difference in tuition.
