Snowboard Rack
My sister wants a snowboard "rack" that she can put into the trailer hitch on her JP TJ for Christmas. Does anyone know where I can get one of these in the Hamilton/Burlington Ontario area? How much would one be? Does such a thing even exist?

save yourself a lot of hassle and get a thule or yakima rack.
You can get "feet" to mount them to damn near any car, and the rails are versatile enough that you can get an attachment for whatever you need to cart around.
