The SmartSource coupon insert can be found in most major and local weekend newspapers. Seeing how they have been consistently adding free product coupons instead of just cents off ones, I thought we might have a dedicated thread for them. I will update the first post as they are added

I don't aware of the freebie inside SmartSource magazine until reading this thread. Still I cannot find the July 08 freebie coupon inside the magazine. I got the Sept 08 and Oct 08 freebie. Thanks for posting.

The Pledge Multi Surface Duster Kit one for July was on the second last page. I've been quite irked as I haven't been able to find this product anywhere. I tried SDM, No Frills, A&P and Price Chopper so far

Have you tried the high end chains like Zehrs, Sobeys?

Note - Glade Oil Candles only lasted 3 hours - I would never personally buy this product or recommend it, but since it was free

I figured A&P would have it for sure seeing as they are higher end but haven't
tried Sobey's or Zehrs as there aren't any locations close to me. Thanks for the suggestions. Hopefully I can redeem it before it expires at the end of the year

I fully agree with you about the Glade Candles. For $9 a pop, I would never buy them or recommend them, for the lifespan of the candles. Refills are quite pricey too. They DO smell pretty awesome though!

What a coincidence...my mom just bought this product today...at WalMart. No coupon though, not sure how I missed it in July, I did get the one today for the free Pledge product... . I also got and used the one for the Glade Essentials Scented Oil Candle. These coupons are indeed getting better, seems to be at least one FPC with each set. Good idea to have a thread dedicated to them, thanks Ladybug!

I don't know where everyone lives but here in Nova Scotia we haven't received anything free....not even a few cents off. Why do they only put the free coupons in certain areas of the country, aren't we all the same....consumers? I just don't understand how this can done. Any ideas why certain areas of Canada are excluded from these offers? I would like to contact the people who print these coupons and find why this is done. Does anyone know who I can contact?

For those who got the Glade Essentials Scented Oil Candle, what scent did you get? There was two to choose from.

I believe mine was a berry scent of some kind...used them all up already so I cant remember the exact scent.

I'm in St. John's & we don't ge the FREE ones either. Maybe the manufacturers know that we have lovely fresh air here on the East Coast & we don't really need them. They must send them all to the stinky & polluted cities!

Thanks for replying to my message. Too bad there wasn't someone we could contact to ask why the Atlantic Provinces are excluded. Doesn't seem right that only certain provinces are included. Like I said we are all consumers.

Is there anyone who has received these free coupons (candle and pledge) willing to scan them and post here so that areas of the country who weren't living in the "lucky" area can get these offers? It would be appreciated.

I was waiting from months to get the new issue of the smart source magazine. I bought the newspaper for $1.40 (first time in my life). I throw the newspaper in the garbage and kept the magazine. The magazine was a piece of crap no good coupons at all .

Next time, I will go to Safeway and look first to the magazine, if it has good coupons, I will buy the newspaper if not good bye!
