I concur... I also bought this set from DC, and I haven't had any problems with it yet. It was also very easy to setup, and ur devices won't lose connection to the USB BT adapter.

gonna give it a shot today as I planned to buy the MX revolution mouse anyways, although I wonder iof a G15 even corded is a better or nicer keyboard as the total cost of mouse and g15 is equal to this combo for me after tax and pm plus rebate
How can I be broke when I am saving so much?

Let us know how that goes please :) Thanks.

It depends on your type of usage and comfort. If you have a lot of use for the gaming style of the G15 then the advantages speak for themselves but if you prefer all the comfort, slim conveniences of the more portable MX set well the sets advantages should lean you to it.

I've had my eye on this set since around Christmas... Their notify me button from then still hasn't notified me...

Good luck with PM

This link...
...is for the Staples flyer that starts today (4 Jun) and has the MX5500 for 144.95 on page 18.

Order online...add something for at least $5.05 or thereabouts (I used SKU:620016, a pack of paper for $6.95) to bring the total price above $150...

Use Coupon Code 89015...$20 off $150, or...
Use Coupon Code 89017...$20 off $150
(credit to martinfok)

My total with BC taxes in was $147.73...

...then use this $45.00 rebate link:...

Might be able to shave up to another $1.90 off this price if you can find a filler for an amount between the required $5.05 and my paper for $6.95. :cheesygri

Cheers...

In the MX5500 the keyboard was updated to a new look/feel... and the mouse was replaced with the MX Revolution.

If i'm wrong.. please correct me.

I saw this in store today and was impressed with the look & fell of it. But I wonder how good their support is with Vista 64. The support on the MX5000 sucks....

Whenever my computer goes into sleep mode I lose connectivity on resume and it takes about a minute before the keyboard / mouse respond.

If anyone has experience with this set and Vista 64, please let me know if this set is better.

Also Logitech takes forever to update drivers....

personally i never had any success with xp 32bit anyways, it would lose connection atleast twice an hour. returned it twice (bought one, found out it was defective, bought another and it was also defective) which leads me to believe it just sucks
