Default SC420 overclock, anyone did it?

I got the proggy to do it but mine does not overclock well. Funny thing is even my X800Xl does not overclock on it. any hints?

If it's a Dell SC420, then I wouldn't bother. Those machines that aren't specifically made for gamers tend to use budget motherboards with narrow operating parameters.

Even if you use ATItools you cannot overclock? Theres also ATItraytools or something like that

what programs are you using? im pretty sure the sc420 cannot be overclocked. but i am able to use ati tool to overclock my x800xl just fine. in any case www.poweredgeforums.com would be a better place to ask about overclocking the sc420.

ATITools and ATITraytools are Video card overclocking tools. If you have a good video card in there, then go ahead and overclock it. The computer itself though, most likely no.
