samsung 205bw stand problem

Is anyone else having problems with their tilt for the monitor?

Mine won't stay perpindicular to the table. It's slanted down.

Yes, same thing happened to me. It's a common problem.

Call Samsung Canada and they will ship you a new stand which you can attach to your monitor.

I recommend you do it soon, too, because the longer you wait the closer your monitor will come to breaking off the stand.

Hey did you do this yourself?

They will replace it with no hassle and at no cost? because i emailed them about this problem and it's taking forever for them to reply...
