Default RFD Member admits to dual identities, should he/she not be banned?

A member has admitted to registering a second account which he or she used to repeatedly threadcrap a BST post in order to protect his or her identity. The new account was registered under the name "swiftie" and he or she states in this thread,
http://forums.redflagdeals.com/showthread.php?t=117061, "Im not a newb. I made an account to protect my identity". Hiding behind this new identity the member also became brave enough to start insulting other members of this board that brought the RFD BST rules to his attention.

While "swiftie" felt the need to publicly warn other RFD'ers about the potential legitimacy of the items, he or she broke several RFD rules including but not limited to creating dual accounts, not contacting the seller directly about the legitimacy of the items, thread crapping, and insulting other members. If actions like this are allowed to continue unpunished then what is to stop habitual threadcrappers from continuously registering under different user names to avoid punishment?

I find the fact that this member knew what he or she was doing was wrong and created this false identity to protect him or herself from punishment and the wrath of the other members of this board to be particularily appalling. I feel that this members real RFD name should be publicly identified and that the accounts of this member should be permanently banned.

Someone who acts like that should be banned. If you don't have the balls to say something under your own/well known identity don't say anything at all.
Nice pic JAC

Admins can easily trace swiftie's IP to their other account; they'll deal with it as they see appropriate.

The fact that you said you didn't care is a comment.

Maybe you should look again, or retake grade 9 english.

The fact that you decided to post about it shows that you do; if you didn't you would have simply closed the thread or ignored it.
