How about a Forum where threads are made to provide suggestions on supporting a 'cheap' (ie. frugal, thrifty) lifestyle.
For example a Thread (Poll) could be started to see which is the cheapest (or most valued) bank for a chequing account (of course we all know PC Financial would win that poll). Another thread (Polled or not) could be about which Bank provides the best interest rate on a Savings account (ING for now). Cheapest supermarket (No Frills [GTA]) and so on. Once a consensus is agreed on by a defined precentage of members the thread could be stickied or not. |
