RadioShack - $10 off ANY purchase, no minimum (boxing week)

Got a coupon in the mail today for $10 off any purchase at RadioShack - no minimum. I will attempt to scan in when I get home.

I only know of one location - at Dixie Outlet Mall in Mississauga.

Details:

Valid on in-store purchases only through Jan 12, 2006. Limit one discount per person/household. Services, online and phone orders excluded. Cannot be combined with any other discount offer. No cash value. No change will be given. Void where prohibited. Valid at participating locations in Canada only. Provincial law may require the retailer to charge the applicable taxes on the full value of the purchase before the reduction in coupon value. GST and PST are included in the face value of the coupon.

Starts Dec 26, 2005 - boxing day.

Ah, so this is for one of the few RadioShack (not Source by CC) stores out there. Interesting....was it in one of the coupon mailers or was it specifically sent to you by RS?

Not in mailer, but yes, Canada Post delivered junk mail. It's a red and black advertisement on a 8.5x11 (legal) size sheet. Coupon is only a small clip out.

Yes, Radio Shack is opening up stores again. They had a legal battle with CC after their takeover of Radio Shack Canada (InterTAN). All the old Radio Shack stores are now The Source.

I believe Radio Shack a handful of stores in Canada right now - probably around 5 or so but more will be opening. Dixie Value Mall is one of them.

A State District Court in Tarrant County, Texas, ruled this past March that a licensing agreement, under which InterTAN had been using our name on its stores across Canada, terminated. Under the Court's ruling, InterTAN will no longer have the right to use the RadioShack name after June 30, 2005.

The most important priority for us was to retain the integrity of the RadioShack brand in Canada.

There's a Radioshack, in the new building in the plaza off morningside and 401 in scarborough. Its near the walmart, next to the new ebgames.

oh btw, how does the new RadioShack store look? Same like b4? or It looks more hi-tech kind of store?

didn't really follow up on that thread, so i didn't know the outcome of the lawsuit.

glad that RS is Canadian-owned and operated again

but still, in terms of pricing, they better have some good deals or else they're gonna go bankrupt. lol

there's a radioshack in deerfoot mall, calgary. next to grand&toy. didn't go into the store last time i passed by it. thought they are just opening for christmas.. it didn't look like the old RS though.
