Problem With XPiercedX

Hello there,

I paid (by EMT) for a Gigabyte X800 Pro from this guy on January 19th and he then said he shipped out on the next Monday. After waiting two full weeks (Canada Post said 5-7 business days max to get it to me) I contacted him again and he told me it came back return to sender b/c of an incorrect postal code he put down but then he said he sent it out again with the correct info. Another two weeks has now past and now he is not answering my emails or telephone calls. I do have his contact information but it does me no good b/c I'm in BC when he is in Ontario. Any help is appreciated.

Looks like a scam.

did you double check his heatware or anything?
sometimes people do use fake heatware feedback.

He's been online today, so he's still around.

Have you checked with Canada Post?

smthg. tells me to leave this site. lol. thoug I only se it for tracking good deals! at the "good deals" forum! thats wut i trust lol.

You got scammed. CP rarely returns stuff for wrong postal codes. It'll take longer to get to you, but you'll get it.

woah, Just seen this thread.

Kinda pisses me off he did not bring it to my attention, or mention that this issue was resolved many many months ago.
