Fellow RFDers!

I'm looking for an interesting (technical) post grad focusing on database development and or application development.

Any ideas, any auggestions?

What would you recommend as a good post grad (certificate/diploma/degree) for someone in the IT industry (applications/database development side)?

If possible, links to websites/ actual value and demand in the market would be appreciated.
