To enter the Pizza Pizza “Summer at the Movies Contest” (the “Contest”), (i) go on-line to www.pizzapizza.ca then click on the Contest area, complete the online entry form, remember to answer, unaided, the skill-testing question, press “submit” and you will be entered automatically, OR (ii) on a 3' x 5' piece of paper write your name, complete address, telephone number and e-mail address, not mechanically reproduced or photocopied, and mail to: “Summer at the Movies Contest", 580 Jarvis Street, Toronto, Ontario M4Y 2H9. Each mailed entry must be legibly completed by hand, mailed separately, bear sufficient postage and be received no later than Friday, August 28, 2009 by 11:59 p.m. EDT. No photocopied or improperly reproduced entries will be accepted. Online entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on Sunday, August 30, 2009. Limit of one online or mail-in entry per person per day.

Contest Period:
The Contest runs from 11:00 a.m. EDT Monday, July 6, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on Sunday, August 30, 2009 (the “Contest Period”).

Prizes and odds of winning:

Chances of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are set out below.

Each of the following prizes are available to be won on the specified draw dates during the contest period:

Entrants must enter on-line at least once during each draw period to be eligible to win a prize. Entries from the previous Draw Period will not qualify for prizes in subsequent Draw Periods. Due to the nature of the prize, no alternative dates are available and no changes will be made. Contest Sponsors are not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted or converted to cash. The Contest Sponsors make no express or implied warranties of any kind with respect to the safety, appearance or performance of any prize or prize activity offered. Winners and their guests are responsible for transportation, food, beverage and all other incidental costs pertaining to the prize. HOW TO WIN:
During the Contest there are four (4) separate periods (the “Draw Periods”), ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (EDT) on each of July 14, July 23, August 20 and August 30, 2009. Entrants must enter on-line once during each Draw Period to be eligible to win a Prize. Entries from the previous Draw Period do not qualify for prizes in subsequent Draw Periods. On each of July 15, July 24, August 21 and August 31, 2009 at approximately 10:00 a.m. EST in Toronto, Ontario, entries will be randomly drawn from among all entries received. These entries will represent the prize winning entries. The selected entrant will be notified by email and/or telephone and may be required to provide proof of identification by e-mail, facsimile or telephone. Prior to being declared a winner and being awarded the prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer a four-part mathematical, time-limited, skill-testing question, without any assistance (mechanical or otherwise) to be administered at a pre-arranged time and will be required to return an executed Declaration of Compliance with the Contest rules and a Release of Liability in the form provided by the Contest Sponsors within two (2) days of receipt. The winners will be announced on-line at www.pizzapizza.ca once they have been declared.

Selected entries which are not legible, fully completed or otherwise not in compliance with these rules will be discarded and another entry will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries. If any selected entrant cannot answer, or incorrectly answers, the skill-testing question, the prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries. If a selected entrant does not respond to the telephone notification within two (2) days of the date of the first attempted contact, or if the Contest Sponsor or its designated agent is otherwise unable to contact the selected entrant within such time, the prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Contest Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her contact information. To do so, send an email to contests@pizzapizza.ca prior to the draw date.

To Claim Your Prize:
The Contest Sponsor will provide the prize in voucher form. The Contest Sponsor will not deliver the prizes to winners. All prizes will be available for pick-up from the Contest Sponsor’s address at 580 Jarvis Street, Toronto, Ontario M4Y 2H9 3 days after the selected entrant is declared a winner. Prizes must be claimed within five (5) days of the selected entrant being declared a winner, otherwise the winner’s prize will be forfeited. Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner in claiming or using his or her prize will be the responsibility of the winner.

I recently won roe for Harry Potter, but there is no date on it, just says valiod mon-thurs during roe, how do I know if the movie is roe or not???

ROE is run of engagement: if the movie is in theatres. You should have plenty of time for Harry Potter. It's just to make sure you don't show up in November and wonder why they won't honour your free pass.
