Ottawa: Job Posting; great for those sick of Call Centres

My employer is currently looking for someone to join our team. It's an office setting, working on computers. Skills needed are some customer service (phone and/or email) as well as some basic MS Excel skills. If the job was to be summed up, it's 65% working in Excel, 30% working with documents and 5% emailing customers/other stuff.

The job would be 3-11pm Monday to Friday with weekends once every five weeks. The pay is $12.50 an hour plus monthly bonuses based on company sales. I just checked what I made last year so I could calculate my tax return and it was $29,000+. As all the jobs requires is some customer service and computer skills, and no post secondary, not bad

Anyway, that's just some of the details. I can go into specfics with any serious inquiries. And as a disclaimer most positions in the company (including this one) offers referral rewards. So while I would get some money three months after somone joins, reputation is equally important so I would only be able to recommend someone I felt would represent me well from RFD
