OCZ Powerstream 520, looking for best price or NCIX coupon code!

I really want this psu but would like to shave some bucks off the price. ITs at NCIX for $178 but with shipping and tax thats over $225 , ive noticed NCIX has a coupon for the 420 that shaved $20+ off the price.

Anyone know of a cheaper price for this psu or have a ncix code for a special?

Well, that's the modstream line not the powerstream line.. the powerstreams are more reliable/better built supposedly and provide more stability especially if your planning to overclock etc. They also come with a higher price tag of course.. I don't know all the differences just that the powerstreams seem to be recommended more than the modstreams in general.

That $128.98 price for the modstream is actually pretty much the regular price for them at most computer stores. NCIX's regular price is just inflated to make their sale price look better than it actually is.. not much of a deal imo.

Check out Canada Computers. Not sure if you guys have one near you or are able to PM but I think they have it for 148 with a 15 mail in rebate (with OCZ I believe). Your not going to get much better than that right now.

Nice catch.. that's the best price I've seen for a brand new OCZ PowerStream 520w. Tempting but I'm not a fan of Canada Computer's online ordering system.. I wish this was local. Possible PM but not sure if other retailers will match the rebate.. wonder if there is a rebate available on the web somewhere that can be used for all retailers.. if someone finds one please post it here.

I agree with Canada Computers being a bad choice. So this is what you do. Go to ncix.com and add the OCZ Pwerstream 520 to your cart. Go to Canada Computers to get the link to the price. (http://www.canadacomputers.com/index...625&cid=PS.808)
Once you get the link use the button (back on the ncix.com website) that says price match. Type in the $133.00 in the price section for the power supply and copy in the link. It took me about 4 hours to get a response to tell me that the power supply is on it's way. Good Luck. This is one of the best that money can buy.
