I'm looking for recommendations on a textbook/studyguide that is recent (2005-2006) for writing the A+ certification exam and also which bookstores that might carry the books around yonge and dundas or woodbridge area. I'm not interested in buying online for security reasons.

Sybex books are good for any of the CompTIA series exams. They are usually characterized by their book colour (I think most if not all of them are white with a black spine and red stripes).
These books are sold at any major bookstore.. If you don't go with a Sybex book, then make sure the cover has a CAQC logo on it. That ensures the contents of the book cover all of the exam objectives. good luck! |
