So i've jsut got a call from "the natural gas company" telling me they have arranged a technician to come and clean/inspect my heater... apparently my dad never asked for one either
is this normal? and why would they say only "natural gas company"? wouldnt be Embridge or whatever? someone shed some light on this plz

Get the names of everyone you speak to, at enbridge, and whoever shows up. It's POSSIBLE they outsourced a contractor for some general maintenance work, but sometimes they're sketchy. Better safe than sorry...
