Miracle Spring Water Infomercial!

So theres this infomercial I just saw. They are offering free miracle spring water. And they have one of those meetings of those holy guys. Theres a big audience and this spokesman seems to put his hand on peoples heads and shakes them and then sometimes they faint...The result is that they are healed from diseases, broken bones, financial problems, etc..... Tell me this is total bs...........he's a real good actor. Is it a scam in a way?
