Located in GTA [Merged] Free Bus Trips to Niagara Falls - must be 19+

The decline in US visitors has really hurt Fallsview Casino. Starting July 9, travel for free to Niagara Falls with Safeway Tours. Valid Players Card Required. Must be 19+.

Phone 416-593-0593 to reserve a spot. Buses depart from various points/times in the GTA. NOTE - you don't have to gamble in the casino but you can't bring luggage on the bus. Great way to see the Falls and save $ on gas

Check this site for updated departure times.

Nice, they had a similar one with Tia pan for rama, but recently changed it from $5 to $10... thats hot though, hell I'd go for the buffet... My Grams lives near clifton hill too so this will save gas for visits!

It's like a reward card. For example (since I only play slots), you put your card into the machine and depending on how much you put in the machine or how long you play (I forget which or if its based on both) you get points which you can cash in for money or comps.

I'm assuming it has to be a player's card from that specific casino? IOW, my players card from Caesers Windsor wouldn't work? That would be a fun thing to do for a day. I thought I read somewhere that some of these player cards work at all casinos. Does anybody know if there's any truth to this? I rarely go to the casino, so I'm not up to snuff on stuff like this.

I read a Tor Star article where someone tried to scam them but had to pay greyhound home - you have to use the card every hour for 5 hours - and you can't shop b/c there is not bags allowed.

The card tracks how long you stayed in the casino and if you did nothing then they won't let you go back... same with the free parking.

Is this new? I never had that before when I use to pay $5 to travel to and from fallsview. (pay $15 and get $10 chip money back, or something like that)

I reckon Safeway have no way of checking your card personally and they don't even have any device to scan it upon arrival.. ?

All I know is that it states something in the fine print about 5 hours.

from what i remember when paying 5$ is that it says that you must stay a minimum of 5 hours (which is usually when ur bus makes its return trip i think) you cant leave before then. ie on another bus.

You have to stay at least 5 hours, you can come back with the same bus or a bus later (6 hours or so on) but not earlier than 5 hours.

hmm can you find the link to this article?

I went over the long weekend and was declined the free parking since I only played less than $5 on slot machines within an hour. I figure that would be enough to prove that i actually played at the casino, but I guess it wasn't.

The tia pan and the greyhound have a portable swiper that comes on the bus at rama.

Btw, you don't NEED to gamble for free parking some of the times (I just flashed the card and was waved through)

Also, funny thing, for greyhound... toronto -> orillia is $25 bucks.... toronto -> casino rama is $9 bucks... they are the same stop... guess where I get off.... Nahhh just kidding, I actually enjoy going to the casino for a couple bucks.

Default Question

I used to have a players card but I lost mine. Can I still ride it for free? I'm still an active member since I lost it recently. I just need to get a new card.

Or this isn't going to work?
