If you have searches recorded at freecause, and the tool bar is not ok tomorrow, email freecause support.

I register in freecasue, everything shows 0,but my toolbar show 300 search, confuse

buddhababy-- thanks for the tip to email freecause-- the toolbar would randomly log me out, and my toolbar wasn't counting any of my searches. They got back to me within a few days and now it works fine.

here's the email they sent, in case it can help someone.

We apologize for the trouble you're experiencing. To fix this, let’s uninstall and then reinstall the Air Miles CA toolbar.

To uninstall in Internet Explorer, go to Start ->
Program files -> Toolbar -> Uninstall

To uninstall in Firefox, go to Tools -> Add-ons ->
Select the toolbar and press uninstall



Now, let's clear out any association between you and the
toolbar.
In Firefox, go to
Tools --> Clear Private Data --> Select Cookies and Authenticated
Sessions and clear those.In Internet Explorer, go to Tools --> Options --> Main Tab -->
Delete in the Browsing History Section--> Clear the Temporary Internet Files
and Cache.



To install the toolbar, go here:

(Please, disable your anti-virus software during
installation and make sure that you have cookies enabled)



Before you click login, please go to the Air Miles CA
website and log in with your account number and PIN
(http://www.airmiles.ca/arrow).



Now, click login on the toolbar and present any login credentials that
the toolbar may ask you for.



As soon as you see any of your own statistics displayed
on the toolbar, you will know that the toolbar is working and functioning
properly.

Nothing in for June yet. I emailed them and they replied -
Miles will be credited within 60 days. So waiting till end of Aug....

I'm not too impressed. My June and July miles for 300 searches each month both have not arrived. Odd....my ones for May arrived 8 days into June.

i have got the june ones on my account and my brothers but a lady at my work and my girlfriend both have not .. the lady at my work was told when she called AM that they technically have 60 days to credit them as above so i guess its end of august .. weird how i have mine tho ..

I too haven't got my june/july miles credited.
And I do not cheat like some.
I hope we'll get them soon.

My wife got her,and I dont, we use the toolbar on same computers

okay i have a question. i haven't been getting credit for my AM searches for the past 3 months. But I didn't have a freecause account previously. Now that I do, how can I make sure that my searches are bound to my freecause account. How does another member of my family do their searches if my freecause account is logged in (how can I log out, what if I'm logged in and they try to do searches for their Air Miles #?). Thanks
