No exchange of goods = no exchange of heat.

Shouldn't alwas be the case. eBay people do that too with the non-pay bid and the subsequent negatives

eBay is different, as a bid is a binding contract. Not to say though that verbal agreements should not be honoured. However, the heatware system, to me, is strictly for evaluations/comments of completed transactions.

Maybe its me but you could handle your responses better:

Responses:
Quote:
wtf are you doing....omfg.....messing up my feedback on such nonsense
Quote:
DO NOT POST FEEDBACK IF MONEY DID NOT CHANGE HANDS....WHAT ARE U TALKING ABOUT A FAKE PHONE...SOME BUYERS ARE JUST STUPID...YOU WANTED ME TO DRIVE TO KIPLING AND MY POLICY WAS PICK UP AT SQAURE ONE....SO YOU WERE LAST ON THE LIST SINCE U DIDN'T WANT TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO SQUARE ONE SIMPLE....NEXT TIME DONT LEAVE FEEDBACK UNLESS MONEY WAS EXCHANGED
A certain level of professionalism might help out in the future so you don't get a negative feedback. I understand your frustration tho.

you also posted negative feedback on quickfixx, but not on semendemon. is there a reason why? Also we are just hearing your side of the story, we need to hear their side as well to see the whole picture and determine what happened. But I agree that you should handle your emotions and repsonses better, so that in the future you won't receive these kind of negative feedbacks due to lack of professionalism.

I felt ripped off.

This thread is lame, and its also lame that he doesn't mention the negative feedback he posted as well as all the PMs that were being sent back and forth which will give people a better idea of what actually happened. Anyone mature enough will realize that this is ONE side of the story.

I guess it would be too convenient to miss out the PMs that were sent to you?
"Also, I can meet you anytime from tomorrow (wednesday) if you can meet me closer than mississauga as I'm downtown. If not, It will have to be the weekend.."

"Jamal,

as I said I have the car till about 7, gotta come back to work before then. I can either meet you somewhere now, but mississauga would be too far,
or we can figure something out for later tonight. Your pick, let me know so we can get this over with.

Suresh"

I'm not going to go into this. Good luck with your future sales.

I don't know whether you deserved them or not, but I sure as hell won't do any business with you. There's far too much drama among your transactions.
