Default March Break....What are you doing?

Day one of March break, what's on deck at YOUR house?

I have a couple of errands and then maybe we'll head to Woodbine Center for a couple of rides.

Or, we may head to Wings of Paradise in Cambridge for their BugFeast!

Grandma and Grandpa are visiting for the week. I get to work, as usual. But at least my commute is easier.

I strongly suggest the Wings of Paradise. When we lived in Kitchener, we went a few times, and the kids loved it every time. In the summer, you can also get the kids to release a monarch butterfly into the wild. They are very kid-friendly there.

Taking care of my eldest son while my wife and newborn are in the neonatal ICU. They've been there since Feb 28th when he was born, but hopefully they are coming home tomorrow.

Not exactly a fun March break around here, as you can imagine.

I hope all is well, it's so hard to have a baby in the NICU.

We are spending the week going thru the house and de-cluttering. We are also re-arranging our bonus room to make way for our new furniture that we had custom made that is arriving in April. I'm sure we'll fit in some fun stuff for the kids too.

I have to work Wednesday onwards, but Sunday through Tuesday we went down to Niagara falls...had a great falls view room, but spent most of our time in the indoor water park at the falls. Great fun. 3 year old loved it. Mum and Dad had a great time too...would definately return.

Unfortunately for some, they sold out of available tickets until Saturday. Some did not book packages in advance and had to be turned back at the door...needless to say, some were starting to get frustrated.

Cheers

Spadina House did wonders for my wife and kids. They have good child-friendly activities there and it's cheap.
