Looking for a programmer to hire

I am looking for a programmer who might know how to take an Excel program that I've created and transform it into a stand alone application that the user would install. I actually have two programs that I need to do, with a possible third, depending on how things go. Both programs that I need to have coded are already up and running in Excel.

I am in Edmonton and would like to find somebody who might be able to do this in or around Edmonton, but am quite open to exploring other areas of the country and conducting business by telephone and email if I find the right person, being that the Ottawa region has a plethora of programmers who moonlight in their spare time.
