IT"S BAAACK! Aerie has decided to reintroduce the A-list card. Last promo was for 6 months; they have now put it in place for one year.
Every month you get a free gift! Free Gift!! The only catch is, it HAS TO be on a THURSDAY. It can be ANY Thursday, but MUST be a Thursday. (And I have tried to get it on other days, to no avail, so no need to try that.) AND, on the day you pick up your gift, you also get 20% OFF YOUR ENTIRE PURCHASE THAT DAY. Good deal. = ADDENDUM: this had changed, sadly, and discount may vary, if even available at all. There are a few locations around Toronto: - Upper Canada Mall (Newmarket) - Toronto Eaton Centre (downtown) - Fairview Mall (North York; not Kitchener) - Conestoga Mall (Kitchener-ish; in Waterloo) - White Oaks Mall (London) - THERE ARE MORE NOW (will try to update further) Supposedly 4 locations in Ottawa, ON and one in Burnaby, BC. (If anyone can confirm their locations, I'll add 'em. As far as I know, currently all the Cdn stores at the moment are in Ontario. (maybe in Quebec too; possibly BC) ...and to whet the appetite, I'll tell you that this month's (Jan.09) gift is a cute lil' polka dotted hardcover notebook. THE REST OF THE GIFTS SINCE HAVE INCLUDED: * lip gloss * limited edition hand cream * limited edition body spray * a bright, neon floral tote bag * little blue sports towel w/ a hair elastic * floral post it notes * sparkly misty body spray * a NB drawstring backpack * free undies (choice of 2 styles) * makeup bag w/ set of brushes = THIS IS THE CURRENT . Enjoy. . Last edited by dealiah; Oct 13th, 2009 at 02:39 AM.. Reason: added more locations + gifts list |

OHYA, almost forgot, you also get a free gift on your birthday.
Currently that would be one of their lip glosses. You WILL need to show your ID, BTW; but can pick this up anytime during your entire birthday month. |

BTW, No, you don't have to pay for it. You just go into the store and ask to sign up for the a-list card. It requires minimal information, and you get it then and there. Then each month they will punch out that you have rec'd your gift/discount.
And yes, you can use it at any location; doesn't have to be where you signed up for it. |

I joined, and I got an email saying this is what you get with it: (It's actually called the AE All-Access Pass, if you're looking for it on the site,

The A-LIST is for AERIE in-store only, and is good for monthly gifts and 20% discount on that day. While the "all access" is for both brands and is used specifically as a cumulative points collection incentive program. |

Just so you know, there is an addendum to their program. NOW, to get the advantages of the a-list card from aerie, you have to sign up for the AE (American Eagle) All-Access Pass card.
This has just come into effect for this month, and will be a new "rule". As in NO exceptions! As in, probably there were too many ppl taking advantage??? BTW, there is a perfumed lotion to be had this month. ADDENDUM - FROM PMs with others it seems that this may be only in effect at some locations; if anyone finds out otherwise, let the rest know. I can only attest to the fact that my friend was told exactly this when she went in... Last edited by dealiah; Feb 6th, 2009 at 12:47 AM.. Reason: added gift - and addendum |
