Almost any kind of underwater housing at almost any photography store will be special order, though there are a select few underwater photography stores out there...I doubt there's any not right on the coast in a diver-heavy region. You can order in the Canon one, though expect to pay > $300 for it. There's also lots of third-party housings out there...though one thing to consider is which, if any, strobes they support (something you'll seriously want to consider if you want half-decent underwater photos..).
