LF: a desktop and a LCD HDTV

a desktop for my girl friend.....as cheap as possible, but she needs a at least 19'' LCD, a dual core CPU, at least 80G hardisk and 1GB RAM.......I think i will throw in around $600.....is it practical? Should I wait for the Boxing day?
