Hi all,
I'm selling software (source code) to a company and would like to compose a license agreement/contract. Anyone know any decent lawyers for this kind of work? It's a little urgent -- Thanks. |

Call the Law Society of Upper Canada @ 1-900-565-4LRS (4577) for a referral. This will cost you $6. You want someone that specializes in IP (intellectual property). Here are Intellectual Property Law Specialists Even though you're pressed for time, you want to do it right.

Ryan Mills - rwmills04@rogers.com
He's a lawyer who does business law, located in Toronto. I forget which firm he's from, he was an instructor of mine at Sheridan College recently. |

Thanks guys.
I called some IP lawyers and most take $400/hour -- I guess because they usually deal with big companies. Considering the software sale is around $10,000 -- I'm thinking I'll just google some samples and create and agreement/contract myself. Thanks though. |
