I was wondering if anyone knew a solution to ice on a walkway?
We've been salting it... and I don't currently forsee fixing the eavestrough (which is the source of the water) until next spring. Till then, any solutions to prevent people from slipping on the ice on the walkway? |

You might try some sand mixed in with the salt which will help creates some grit....or use the newer ice melter (perhaps with sand as well) which is not salt b.c. it melts ice faster. Disadvantage is more expensive stuff.
