Where do I go once I FTP into my HD?

If you're FTPingin I'm assuming that you have a modded xbox?

It would probably be simpler to just go into the MS dashboard and delete the saved games through there.

Wow. Thanks. I think I deleted like 100 old game saves. Is there anyway to mess up your xbox by deleting the wrong save? I noticed there was one from dvd dongle, xbmc, hd loader, etc?

Well I don't think you can do anything to the xbox itself while deleting those.

But you could affect the applications themselves if you deleted their data.
