Default How to cancel dell order
Did anyone cancell a dell order? I did palce an order for the 9100 PC back in Aug 17 and I haven't received it yet. It is posible to cancel the order because I am feed up waiting and I need new computer now.

Keep in mind this not be dell fault but fedex 60% they are the ones that get the blame and should.

Dell will take the machine back without much trouble.
I worked for Dell in the past and we regularily took machines back that people decided they didn't want.
Dell won't be happy about it, but they'll take it back anyway.

Can someone please confirm if this still hold true?
Will dell charge u 15% restocking fees after u refuse delivery when dell wont let u cancel in the first place?
