Iconshot HOT? TSCC: Bell TV 6131 HD receiver $149.99

I didn't see it posted, but The Source is selling the Bell 6131 HD receiver for $149.99 until April 1, 2009. IT also says you will receive a programming credit of $100. They don't seem to have any in stock but I took the ad to futureshop and they did a price match for it.

You can add an external USB hard drive to this receiver and turn it into a single tuner PVR.

They are also selling the PVR 9241 for $399.99 plus a $100 programming credit.

If you are looking for a PVR check out the 9242 if you can find one. BIG difference between the different PVR's

Actually the PVR functions are basically identical. Of course the 9242 has two tuners but that is it. IMO the 61XX series is better value for the money.

OP this is a very hot deal - my local source seems OOS but I am going to try to get a raincheck tomorrow.

I was going to buy one at future shop but I order one to the local store to save the shipping. thats $100.00 in savings. Bell is going to reduce my bill by 30% for the next year so I am getting this for a very good price.
