Default Hot? Digimate 32" LCD from FS, $899?

US was selling this at Us$699 from: tigerdirect.com. or in CAD$800

why our boxing deal is higher than US's normal deal?

anyway, I plan to jump in. wonder if this is a good TV for master room and any suggestions?

and also, I'm looking for big screen LCD projection or DLP for family room. where is the good deal ?

If you're referring to rear projection, the 60" Sony Grand WEGA 3LCD for $3300 is a pretty decent deal, although that is also higher than US's normal deal.

This look slike the slightly better Digimate 32" LCD TV. This one (DGL3201) lists a resolution of 1366X768 whereas the other one (DGL32) is 1280X768. Has anybody seen the two and can comment on whether the 3201 is decent? I think the DGL32 was the one on sale in Quebec for $999 a while ago, and some comments said it didn't look all that great. Maybe the DGS3201 is better?

I'm wondering if the DVI input will work with an upconverting DVD player. I saw some pictures where the connection was labled "DVI - Computer" so I'm thinking that it might mean that it will only accept a DVI input from a computer graphics card.

Anyone know?
