You should elaborate on how one acquires such a plan

Not hot - dealing with Bell. And their price increases. And miserable billing. And shoddy coverage. And the trillion layers of bureaucracy to get anything done.

shouldn't be. The totla price is around 28$ (Tax-in).
I have two cellphones, one is Rogers and another one is Fido. I find it's easy to dealing with big company. 5 years ago, Bell charged me 100 dollars more, they fully refound. One years ago, fido charged me around 20$ more, I call them 5-6 times and got 5 dollars back.

I have the same plan except with rogers and it includes free R2R calling (Which is good cause all my friends have rogers cell) + its $25 a month tax in. However I dont pay for the call display stuff, so I only pay $19.50 a month tax in.
